What is The Cascadia Keepers?

A character-driven fantasy series rooted in real Pacific Northwest landscapes. It blends cozy adventure, environmental storytelling, and a touch of mysticism.

In the heart of the Olympic National Rain Forest, Gem and Zen Squatch watch over rivers, trails, and towering cedars. Their job is to keep the balance between humans, animals, and the old spirits of Cascadia.

Stories unfold in and around a reimagined Olympic National Rain Forest: familiar enough to feel real, shifted just enough to make room for river spirits, nurse-log sprites, and weather that might have opinions.

From silly everyday moments on the trail to big mythic events, every story is about curiosity, care, and protecting what makes this corner of the world feel alive.

Old-growth forests, curling waves, foggy ridgelines, hidden waterfalls, and small communities that sit just at the edge of something strange and beautiful. YOu will get to meet all the Sasquatch's and there are more than you think.

Where did this idea come from?

After a trip to Seabrook, Washington and some adventures in the woods at Pacific Edge Adventures we saw a Sasquatch statue and decided to create our own characters. It started with some sketches by the kids and then was redrawn by hand, and then moved over to Illustrator to create what you see here. This is just the beginning and stay tuned for more!
